I’m hardly a fan of the Shannon twins, yet I still enjoy viewing their pictorials.

I’m hardly a fan of the Shannon twins, yet I still enjoy viewing their pictorials.

The blog touched upon the way they posed together and the fine line that a twins pictorial must walk. There is the tension between posing them in a sexual way, but not going TOO far out of fear of committing the incest taboo.

The Shannon twins are perhaps the perfect example of them coming close to pushing that line without crossing it. They play up a hint of sexuality between them without going all out. I’m not going to lie, this post made me realize how much I enjoyed seeing this: from their almost kiss to their gentle embraces which suggest a lot more is about to transpire between them. It’s hard to describe, but I like that they push the envelope, but don’t push TOO far.

Penthouse once had a pictorial of a mother and a daughter back in 1985 (she had to have been a young mother because I didn’t notice a drastic contrast in age between the two of them). Unlike their typical girl-girl pictorials, this was relatively chaste (at least in the area of level of embrace between the two of them) but the pictorial is very memorable and erotic if not for the very reason of a mother-daughter pairing and the slightest hint of pushing the envelope. I guess I just love seeing pictorials between two or more girls, related or not related.

You know about our thing for twins, so when our friends at Nuts produced this epic lingerie pictorial of the Shannon Twins, well, let’s just say we’re gonna need  some new carpet in the office ASAP.

You know about our thing for twins, so when our friends at Nuts produced this epic lingerie pictorial of the Shannon Twins, well, let’s just say we’re gonna need  some new carpet in the office ASAP.

Wow. Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon just sizzle on the page and undoubtedly in your libidos in their skimpy little bits of black lingerie, flashing some killer bodies and booties that simply will make you want to go build a pyramid in your backyard. It’s just so, well… just look at them. I think I’m going to cry, or write a poem, or kick a person much smaller than me in the knee caps. I need to express these new found feelings brought on by the Shannons. Happy days. Enjoy.

They haven’t been spotted out for a few weeks now, so you’d be forgiven for thinking Kristina and Karissa Shannon had gone home.

But it seems the Playboy twins haven’t finished their business in the Capital just yet as they hosted their own party at London nightclub Aura yesterday.

The blonde pair have been enjoying publicity in London ever since they appeared on Celebrity Big Brother last month – and last night was no different.

The twins had certainly glammed up for their special evening where they hosted a lingerie party and show.

Kristina showed off her enviable figure in a dark leather-looking dress which featured a plunging neckline.

She teamed it with a pair of black heels and not much else, and wore her blonde hair in a high ponytail.

Karissa, on the other hand, decided to brighten things up wearing a clingy red lace dress.

She too wore her hair in a high ponytail, but opted for curls, and finished off her look with a pair of gold glittery platform heels.

Both sisters were sporting serious tans that clearly weren’t the outcome of holidaying in London, but no doubt they’ll be sporting the real thing soon enough.

Kristina revealed on her Twitter page yesterday that the pair were heading back to California this morning for a ‘couple of weeks for business.’

However, it is unsure how prepared they will be for their flight back as she also tweeted that her and her sister were  ‘going hard’ last night.

Karissa and Karissa have been enjoying fame in the UK ever since they appeared on the Channel 5 reality show last month, where they made it to the final and came in fifth place.

However, they haven’t been shown the sights by their former housemates Frankie Cocozza, Nicola McLean and Georgia Salpa, but have instead stuck together like they always do.

So, not necessarily trivia contests or lectures at Oxford. But the important stuff, like giggling interviews and sextastic photoshoots.

And, of course, the inevitable partying at hot nightclubs, as the Shannon Sisters donned the gold outside the DSTRKT nightclub, putting the British Isles on notice that hot imports go both ways, as do these hot twin sisters. Enjoy.

Sometimes all that glistens really is gold, and the Shannon twins were proof of that last night.

Karissa and Kristina headed out for a night of clubbing in London yesteday dressed head to toe in gold.

The 22-year-old sisters wore gold mini-dresses as they partied the night away at DSTRKT nightclub in central and had fake tans to match their dresses.

While one twin wore a sleeveless dress that showed off her chest the other twin opted for a long sleeve number with a high neck.

The Playboy models also chose to wear their hair in different styles with one flaunting her extensions down with a slight twist in them, and the other going for a simple ponytail.

The duo, who featured in this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, were looking good in their complimenting outfits and some of their former housemates will be gutted that they missed seeing the pair dressed so provocatively.

The Playboy models finished in fifth place on the Channel 5 show last Friday night, but already they are in talks about starring in their very own reality TV show, which will be filmed in England.

The siblings have explained that the fly on the wall series will show people what they are really like and Karissa told The Daily Star:

“I think we’re going to call it A Double Life. You will see what we are really like, how mad our world is.”

Kristina added: “We’ve got so much going on. We are recording more music, looking at film scripts and we have our fitness DVD coming out.”

Of course the stunning sisters are no stranger to TV cameras and as well as their stint in the Big Brother house, they have previously starred in E! network reality television series The Girls Next Door, back in 2008 when they lived in the Playboy mansion with Hugh Hefner.

After saying goodbye to those inside the house, Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon‘s fears were realized as they walked out the doors to a unanimous chorus of boos.

Interviewed by Brian Dowling, Karissa revealed that they make no apology for their arrogance, saying: “We want to inspire other young women to be just like we are – confident in themselves.”

On why they were voted out, Karissa added: “I know Denise has a lot of fans out here, and Frankie’s out here and he’s been on The X Factor.”

Kristina was left red-faced when a casual conversation in the living room yesterday turned to the subject of circumcision.

After admitting that it was normal for men in the US to be circumcised, Nicola McLean asked the twins if Hugh had had the procedure.

‘How would we know?’ Twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon were offended when asked if Hugh Hefner has been circumcised

‘How the f**k would I know!’ Kristina quickly replied.

Obviously worrying that she had offended the twins, Nicola then went on to say: ‘Did you not ask him?’

The twins replied that they didn’t and seemed eager to forget about Hugh and his private parts.

The odd conversation began when the group were discussing surgery.

‘Let Denise ask him,’ Frankie joked, while Karissa headed into the bedroom to ask him.

The Reservoir Dogs star confirmed that he was and then muttered: ‘What a question.’

Following her question about Hugh, Nicola then tried her best to explain to the twins what an uncircumcised penis looks like physically.

However, the mother-of-two couldn’t stop laughing as she tried to describe it and Gareth soon stepped in to help.

The former rugby player explained that it can be ‘indoors or outdoors…blanket on or blanket off,’ and also began laughing hysterically.

She might have made a career for herself out of showing off her body, but when it comes to her everyday life, Karissa Shannon is pretty conservative.
